MY QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS

Are you a morning person? If yes, I'm pretty sure that you will take your breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To be honest, I'm not kind of person who likes to take a breakfast especially if I am at hostel or campus except if I have my Munchy's Oat Krunch at that day. However, if I'm at home, I will take it because I can cook by myself or my mom will cook heavy breakfast like 'nasi lemak', fried noodle and so on. Actually, we must eat healthy breakfast instead of heavy breakfast. I know most of us do not have enough time to prepare our breakfast because we need to rush to the workplace or college. Therefore, I'm going to share my quick and healthy breakfast ideas for you if you are at home or hostel like me. It just takes 2 - 5 minutes only to prepare them. I also provide their recipes based on my own ideas. There is one picture that I took by myself because I just ate it in the morning today meanwhile I just took pictures from Google for the others because I didn't eat them today.
1) White Bread with Fried Egg :
My breakfast today ;)
I love to prepare this simple meal when I'm at home because it is really easy, quick, healthy and make me feel full. Yes, white bread will make you full even you just eat one slice. I just add a fried egg to make it more delicious. Also, it is not heavy breakfast so that you won't feel sleepy after eating it. I just took 5 minutes only to prepare this breakfast. Here is my own recipe :
Ingredients :
2 slices of white bread (Gardenia)
1 egg
1 bottle of chili sauce (Life)
Directions :
1) Crack an egg into the hot oil in the pan.
2) Wait until the egg is fairly well fried.
3) Pour a little bit of chili sauce over the top of white bread.
4) Put the fried egg in the middle of those white bread.
5) Cut the bread into small slices (suggestion).
6) Now, you can eat it! :)
2) Buttered Toast :

I will prepare this very simple meal if I feel bored to eat the same meal or if there are no eggs in the fridge. I just take 2 - 3 minutes to prepare this meal. I'm pretty sure most of the people know how to prepare this meal, right? But, I have my own recipe to share with you. Here we go!
Ingredients :
2 slices of white bread (Gardenia)
Planta Multi - Purpose Margarine (the small one)
Directions :
1) Use a butter knife or small spoon to spread Planta over the two bread.
2) Attach two bread together. Make sure the butter part is inside or another word is in the middle.
3) Place it in the toaster pan (like the picture above) and wait until it becomes darker.
4) Remove the buttered toast and now, you can eat it! :)
3) Munchy's Oat Krunch (Dark Chocolate) :

I will eat this if I'm at hostel or campus because we are not allowed to cook in the hostel and of course, I don't have time to eat heavy meals because I need to rush to the class. There are a lot of flavors but I love this flavor. I'm not a biscuit lover but I really love this one. I do not have a recipe for this because you just eat them without taking time to prepare for your breakfast. You can buy this at the store like Giant, Tesco and so on.
That's all. I think this post will help you if you are confused what to eat for your breakfast especially if you are rushing to go anywhere and of course, the healthy one. Oh and before that, I only eat 2 slices of white bread for my breakfast if I'm at home because as I mentioned before, it really makes you full like you take the heavy meal. At the same time, these meals also will give you energy. The most important thing is please do not skip your breakfast. A reminder for me too.
