On 14th January 2017, I went to Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia with my beloved family and this was my first short vacation in this new year. I just spent a day at there because it just took 1 hour and 15 minutes from my place. We went to 2 places that located in Genting Highlands which were Strawberry & Lavender Farm, Gohtong Jaya and Awana Skyway. So, without further a due, let's start...........................
STRAWBERRY & LAVENDER FARM, GOHTONG JAYA
If you had read my previous post, it was quite similar with this place but different location. This was a new place in Genting Highlands. You can come here if you don't want to go to Cameron Highlands. However, if you want to pick or see a lot of strawberries, I recommend you to go to Cameron Highlands. The reason why I love this place is there're a lot of colorful flowers. Oh and of course if you want to enter this place, you need to pay RM10 per person. I don't know the fee for children because there're no children in my family. You can walk there without limit. We're so tired but enjoyed with the beautiful flowers. If you want to buy the souvenirs or key chains, you can buy them at the shop before the exit door. You also can rest for awhile at the cafe in this farm. This place is suitable for those who love flowers or photography.
AWANA SKYWAY
This was my first time (and maybe my last time) ride the cable car. It was an adventurous for me because I'm an acrophobia (phobia of heights). But I enjoyed because I can view the beautiful of nature from above. We need to pay RM8 per person for one way only. They will take your picture (official picture) in the cable and you need to take it and pay (I can't remember the price) after you exit the cable car. So, here our pictures in the cable car............
If you ask me about the theme park at there, I can't answer or tell about it because I didn't went there. I'm pretty sure you will go there after read and see the pictures in this post. Before I leave, here the best quote for you "One's destination is never a place but a new way of seeing things" - Henry Miller. I hope I can create another memories with my family at another place :)
